Returns and Exchanges

- To process a return or exchange please print the following form and fill out to mail back with your item(s) DOWNLOAD HERE

----if you are unable to download the form please include a paper with the following information with your return package: 1. if you would like a refund or exchange 2. the size you want mailed back if you are doing an exchange 

- 14 days (from delivery date to postmark date) for exchanges/returns

- STORE CREDIT ONLY for items returned between 14-30days (from delivery date)

- We do not accept return/exchanges if past 30 days from delivery date

- ALL SALE ITEMS are final (no returns/exchanges)

- For all exchanges ->  an invoice for shipping will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.  Invoice must be paid within 14days or refund will be issued. 

- Up to two weeks to process your exchange/return request

- We DO NOT accept exchanges/returns on custom signs

- We do not accept returns for damaged/worn products.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We all know that mistakes sometimes happen - we are all human, right?  Whether we sent you the incorrect items/sizes or if a package arrives damaged we want to make it right! Please contact us immediately!
